This tutorial will show you how to make text out of an image.
like you may have seen on postcards and advertising.
There are several ways in Photoshop to accomplish this effect, however
I will be showing you how to do this image into text effect using a layer mask.
Photoshop tutorial – place an image inside of text and more
Step 1 - First off, lets create a new file (File>New or Ctrl/Cmd N)

Here is the image I am using:
Feel free to use it or use one of your own images.
Step 2 – Select the type tool (Hit T) and select
a font of your choice (FYI: I am using the balloon xbd bt font)
Type a word of your choice. Select the text you just typed so we can resize it.
Now click in the font size on the control panel
and hit the up arrow on your keyboard to increase the
size of your text. The down arrow will decrease your
Text size. click the check mark on the control panel to
commit your text.
(Tip: Most adobe software will allow you to increase or decrease a numeric value by using the up and down arrow keys)<—
Step 3 – In the Layers Panel, Move the text layer beneath the layer with your image on it
and press CTRL and click on the thumbnail of the text layer,
